Opplopolis 17: 15-16

I rigged this low-poly model years ago with no particular use in mind. Experts may scoff at my topology, but I think it’s sufficiently Rezzy for my purposes. Also I used that one episode of Murder She Wrote as a visual reference for maximum accuracy in that first panel.
